A modern munkaerőpiacon és oktatásban egyre nagyobb hangsúlyt kap a soft skillek fejlesztése, különös tekintettel a csapatmunkához szükséges készségekre. Ezek a készségek elengedhetetlenek a sikeres együttműködéshez és a hatékony projektmunkához. A soft skillek közé tartoznak olyan interperszonális készségek, mint a kommunikáció, empátia, konfliktuskezelés és vezetői képességek, melyek fejlesztése kulcsfontosságú a fiatalok jövőbeli szakmai sikeréhez és a munkaerőpiaci versenyképességéhez. Az oktatási intézményeknek kiemelt szerepük van a soft skillek fejlesztésében, a csoportos feladatok, projektalapú tanulás és kooperatív módszerek alkalmazása révén. A tanárok facilitátorként támogathatják a diákok együttműködését és ösztönözhetik a hatékony csapatmunkát. A versenyszféra igényei is egyre inkább a soft skillek felé tolódnak el, mivel a munkáltatók olyan munkavállalókat keresnek, akik nemcsak szakmai tudással, hanem kiváló csapatmunka-készségekkel is rendelkeznek. Jelen tanulmányban ezek kérdéskört kívánjuk körbe járni az iskolai oktatás, különösen a felsőfokú oktatás szemszögéből. Célunk, hogy irányt mutassunk és utakat térképezzünk fel annak érdekében, hogy az oktatási rendszerből kikerülő fiatalok a leginkább megfelelő képességekkel és készségekkel fogjanak bele a szakmai karrierjük építésébe.
