The evaluation of senior human resources by means of BSC support

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method is a popular general strategic instrument and a preferred business technique as it connects strategy, control and monitoring. By using this method, performance at an individual level can be measured, especially that of the older workers. As the ratio of the elderly is continuously increasing, they are regarded as a very valuable part of human resources. In our paper we are going to present how this time efficient method of Balanced Score Card (BSC) can be used for career planning in the case of the elderly.
