Az info-kommunikációs technológiák által megalapozott decentralizáció hatása a regionális gazdasági fejlődésre

Az ICT (info-kommunikációs) technológia fejlődésével az adatáramlás sebessége nő. A gazdasági szereplők regionális erőforrásokhoz való hozzáférésének beruházásigénye és tranzakciós költsége folyamatosan csökken. A forradalmi ICT eszközökkel költséghatékonyan lehetséges a regionális humán és ökológiai erőforrások felhasználásához szükséges vállalati képességek kialakítása (pl. interaktív képzési anyag, virtuális szimulátor operátoroknak, virtuális gyárak, irányított informatikai támogatás, önvezérlő termelési eszközök).
